Suzanne, a lifelong resident of North Carolina, holds a Master of Arts with emphasis in Education and Leadership from UNCG, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology from UNCG, and a Certificate in Medical Technology from Bowman Gray School of Medicine (Wake Forest University School of Medicine). With over 30 years of experience in higher education, as Vice President of Academics and Workforce Development, Chief Academic Officer, she led key initiatives, such as launching new programs and working alongside new and existing industries, developing training programs to support workforce needs. Suzanne brings her operational management and leadership expertise to Raleigh Insurance Group to improve internal processes that enhance customer experience.
She and her husband of 46 years, have two sons, three grandchildren, and a dog named Bailey. Suzanne enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
